I think HTTP balancers are known to be missing since GCE handles them differently, I'll take this and work with Google to confirm.

Joe Selman confirmed this is a known issue, the model didn't support how GCE handles HTTP load balancers.  I'll make this an RFE so we don't lose track of it.
