Describe the issue: 

Current documentation doesn't have steps on scaling up an existing CNS cluster. steps for following cases must be made available.

Expand a 3 node cluster to 6, 9 or 12 nodes. 
  - expand an existing trusted storage pool after node scale up.
  - create a new trusted storage pool while there is an existing pool

Suggestions for improvement: 

Additional information: 
This documentation should be made available for all previous releases where scale up of gluster nodes are supported within openshift environment.
