Untranslated entries list

Description of problem:
  While adding new catalog item, tab names and some labels in tab pages are not localized under.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 5.7.0.9-beta2.1.20161101182054_eb0afaa

How reproducible:
 Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into cfme with non en-us locale.
2. Navigate to Services-Catalogs-Catalog Items
3. Click on Configuration->Add a New Catalog Item. Under 'Request Info', tab names  "Catalog" "Environment" "Properties" "Volumes" "Customize" "Schedule" are not localized and each tab page has few unlocalized labels

Actual results:
  Translations are not available

Expected results:
  Translations should available

Additional info:
Missing translation strings are attached in text file.

You're right in saying those fields are not translated, though all these fields
and tabs come from a provisioning dialog, which is stored in a database and there's
no way to have it translated to non-English locales.

Closing with wontfix.
