Description of problem:
Trying to Create a new Hardware certification, I get this error message:

There is no vendors with your SSO account, please ask vendor admin to add one for you on Customer Portal

1. connect to hardware.redhat.com
2. login 
3. click on create link on RED HAT CERTIFICATION WORKFLOW columns

Hi Marco,

I didn't find your hardware subscription record. Before you submit certification request, you need to contact sales team to subscribe hardware certification program first. 

Please correct me if I missed anything.
