Description of problem:
Please align left the string 'Target Release'  in the bug detail page

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.3-rh14

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open bug 2, find the feild name 'Target Release' doesn't align left
2.

Actual results:


Expected results:
It should align left, same as other field name.

Left aligned was an unintended change.

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh15)
Result: Pass
