Description of problem:While attaching cloud volume to the instance, it is not listing all volumes that are present in cloud volumes.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):5.7.0.9-beta2.1.20161101182054_eb0afaa


How reproducible:100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Compute--> Instances
2.Instance summary page, Click on Configuration --> Attach a cloud volume to this instance
3.

Actual results:There is only one cloud volume is listed


Expected results:It should list all the available cloud volumes
