The bug update history is out of order

5.0.3-rh14

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create A RHEL6 bug with pm_ack, devel_ack, qa_ack all set to '+', save
2.Then change this bug's component to others(insider this product), check the bug history

It show as:
