Description of problem:
I'm try to access to my openshift application, return timeout.
When i'm trying to restart retrun this exception:

Unhandled exception reference #73fed5e812d5e41566f0b8852e409c32: too many connection resets (due to Timeout::Error - Timeout::Error) after 1 requests on 49974020, last used 240.105411192 seconds ago

The URL seems to be accessible, though redirecting to https://www.pricebasedcountry.com/

Is this expected?
