1.Navigate to compute->infrastructure->virtual machines
2.Hover over the name of a vm.
3.

Actual results:
Weird character codes displayed. see attached screenshot.

The affected VMs have non-printable characters in their names. Web browsers don't display non-printable characters when they're <tag>between</tag>, but the tooltip attribute is special and its behavior varies by implementation. 

The only solution I can suggest is to not use non-printable characters in VM names.
