Description of problem:
Refresh on Projects page o registry console, it often shows "The project '...' does not exist." In fact projects exist. Refer to attachment.

"openshift v3.4.0.24+52fd77b" is just the version of openshift env which enabled the registry-console.

The issue has been fixed in cockpit 122-3, so move the bug to Verified.
