Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Infrastructure
2.Select the capsule
3.Go to the puppet tab

Actual results:
undefined method `latest_events' for nil:NilClass

Expected results:
No error

Verified.
Version Tested: Satellite-6.3 Snap 11.

Steps:
1.Go to Infrastructure
2.Select the capsule
3.Go to the puppet tab

Result: no error on the tab.
