Description of problem:

Reports like br7 and br46 doesn't present correct/valid Uptime information.

For example br7 shows Host Uptime of 12hrs and for br46 shows VM uptime for 61 days for a previous month.

How reproducible:

100% seen on end user and lab system.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Login to reports portal and run reports br7 and br46
