As a cloud operator, I want to be able to drive upgrade via Ansible scripts directly (not via Heat) so that I can easier control and debug the progress.

I openned a BP for this RFE:
 https://blueprints.launchpad.net/tripleo/+spec/ansible-upgrade-playbook-from-undercloud 
And start a POC
