Describe the issue: 
If you plan to use NFS, you are able to use the Recycle Recycler Policy, but without the ose-recycler-image, the volumes won't recycle and will simply sit unrecycled (or potentially entering an error state) 

Suggestions for improvement: 
When we mention pulling images, we need to emphasive that one if they plan to use NFS.
