To build PHP we use BuildRrequires: firebird-devel

Since v3 this doesn't work anymore, we need to also pull libfbclient2-devel

BTW firebird-devel provide fb_config command

$ fb_config --libs
-L/usr/lib64 -lfbclient

But the libfbclient.so is not there.

I think, for consistency, firebird-devel have to require libfbclient2-devel
