Bugzilla does not have access to keberos names, or access to map email aliases to them, so it's not possible to do this ATM.

We are under instruction from the Partner Management team to only ever return one match and not a list, so even if we did get access to match this stuff we would not be permitted to return a list of matching users. You would have to take it up directly with that team if you wanted the policy changed.

I think reporter doesn't want to match kerberos name, she only want to list out the users from BZ database which match 'ngao'. Couldn't bugzilla match out this users?

Yeah it can, but as I said, the policy disallows it.
