Proposed backport, of issue 50's commit + shared_phase1_connection()

I've added shared_phase1_connection() definition to the https://github.com/libreswan/libreswan/commit/91df77e5819ce845b8d8bad05b689b738e1a7606
It builds, but I cannot guarantee it break things...
