Description of problem:

We have deleted the stack overcloud and we are looking for a way to restore it.

Currently we don't have any DB backups nor snapshot for the undercloud.

How reproducible:

Delete the overcloud stack

Steps to Reproduce:
1. heat stack-delete overcloud
