Description of problem:
qbittorent gives: 
This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "xcb"
in "".

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.3.7


How reproducible: Every time I try and launch it.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable epel repo
2. yum install qbittorrent
3. as a standard user run qbittorrent

Actual results: Error message above.


Expected results: Program launches and runs.

qt5-qtbase is now a core RHEL package (no longer in epel7)
