After installing python-rpm-macros-3-13.fc26.noarch I am getting: 

error: Macro %py3_install_wheel has unterminated body

for any command that looks at macros. (koji, rpm --showrc, etc)

% rpm --showrc > /dev/null
error: Macro %py3_install_wheel has unterminated body

Gah, sorry about that.  Should be fixed with python-rpm-macros-3-14.fc26
