Description of problem:

Delete a tenant does not remove it from  tenant list.

Although it deleted on OSP

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
===================
1. Navigate to: Compute --> Clouds --> Tenants
2. Tick a tenant you want to delete 
3. Click Configuration --> Delete Cloud Tenants 

Actual results:
===============
the project deleted from overcloud, but remain on CFME

Expected results:
================
The project should delete from DB and  Clout Tenants list

Ido, did you wait for a refresh?  The tenant won't delete immediately on the ManageIQ side.
