How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enforce quota for cpu,,memory,storage and no. of virtual machines
2.Provision vm to get the quota denial message.
3.

Actual results:
Last message does not display the quota usage for number of vm's. see attached screenshot.

Billy - Is this a UI issue or a limitation in the size of data we can store for this message?  (I think it is a 255 max field.)

Greg - This is a 255 max field.  In this case the quota exceeded message is so long that the entire message doesn't fit.

We are including as much detail as we can fit into the field.

This is working as designed ... not a bug
