A very minor improvement to the git-extras package would be to include Commands.md in the package's documentation. This could be done by adding it to the %doc line in the spec.

git-extras-4.2.0-2.fc25 has been pushed to the Fedora 25 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
