Description of problem:

When sharding is disabled, .shard directory is visible and accessible from fuse mount. .shard directory should not be accessible.

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
1. Create a replica 3 volume, enable sharding and start the volume
2. Fuse mount the volume and create some files
3. Disable sharding
4. Try accessing .shard directory from the fuse mount

Actual results:
---------------
.shard directory is accessible from the fuse mount, when sharding is disabled

Expected results:
-----------------
.shard directory should get accessed from fuse mount, when sharding is disabled on the volume
