Description Brian J. Atkisson 2016-11-18 21:17:44 UTC
Description of problem:

RHDS 10 introduced a new access control permission for modrdn. This requires setting on the parent OUs now where previously add/modify/delete were sufficient permissions within an ACI.

http://directory.fedoraproject.org/docs/389ds/design/access-control-on-trees-specified-in-moddn-operation.html

However, this permission is not exposed in the Admin console

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

389-console-1.1.8-1.el7dsrv.noarch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to console
2. Select Directory Tab
3. Expand suffix
4. Right click on OU
5. Select Select Access Permissions
6. Add/Edit one
7. Click Rights tab
8. Notice no modrdn right.

We don't have any plans to implement enhancements for the java console.
