Description of problem:
From IT#54202:

When we use squid-2.5.STABLE3-3.3E with NTML authentication, user names
that are authenticated are logged. But when we use
squid-2.5.STABLE3-6.3E.2, the user names are not logged:

- Log from squid-2.5.STABLE3-3.3E - testdomain\testuser [04/Nov/2004:08:13:08 +0900] "GET
http:// ...

- Log from squid-2.5.STABLE3-6.3E.2 - testdomain [04/Nov/2004:09:32:33 +0900] "GET http:// ...

This seems to be the same problem as described at the URL below. Is this
