1. Search some bugs
2. Click edit button 
3. 

Actual results:
There have a white line in 'resolution'

Expected results:
Remove white line. 
The default of resolution of 'close' should be 'Not A Bug'

Works for all fields tested.

This issue has been resolved and is available for testing on https://beta-bugzilla.redhat.com it will be available in production after the Bugzilla 5 migration.
