Description of problem:
Update OpenStack stable/mitaka so it points to the following Git repository instead

https://github.com/emc-openstack/vmax-cinder-driver/tree/mitaka

This patch includes necessary bug fixes and support for VMAX All Flash.

Is there any update on this ticket
Just to clarify...

We added fixes to the VMAX Cinder driver in Mitaka in EMC's github but we couldn't backport them to stable/mitaka branch upstream any more. This request is to backport these fixes to MOS Mitaka release. Thanks!
