Description of problem:
Having in mind that the RH Proxy installation script (configure-proxy.sh) is common for all supported versions please make sure that the Monitoring feature will be handle properly in the versions that are supporting it (5.6,5.7) and in 5.8 that is not to support it. Thank You.

in upstream monitoring was dropped with commit:
a070fca3feec3ba84a2e426e6d2623e31e5e14b8

Satellite 5.8 includes this commit, Satellite 5.6 and 5.7 don't

Verified with spacewalk-proxy-installer-2.5.0-9.el6sat.noarch

Installation script:
Proxy 5.6 with monitoring -> Satellite 5.6
Proxy 5.7 with monitoring -> Satellite 5.7
Proxy 5.8 -> Satellite 5.8
