Description of problem:

Go to a content view and select to add a puppet module. One of the options during selection says "Use Latest(Currently 1.4.0)". This can open up to confusion on whether user wants to select the latest module for this instance or "always" the latest. To remedy this a better message would be "Always Use Latest(Currently 1.4.0)".

Verified on Sat-6.3.0 snap 9.0.

Step to select the version now has "Always use ..." added.
