Description of problem:
Failed upgrade from Fedora 21 to 22.  Ran suggested fix: rpm --rebuilddb.

Output from: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

At F21 times upgrade method was yum, but you have some packages from F18 era...

Unfortunately F21 and F22 are not supported for long time, so closing. Try ask.fedoraproject.org for help.
