JDV docs would be improved from workflow examples that use quickstarts to help showcase the moving parts of the JDV deployment.

For now these two apps are finished:
datafederation - tutorial how to deploy datafederation quickstart + client application to query jdv
internal_postgresql - one db inside openshift + client app

Development for this bug has been rolled into the content being delivered for BZ#1404899, which relates to JDG integration to be used as a data source or a materialization target with JDV, and SSO integration with JDV.
