Checking the 'Prevent Acks being reset on component change' checkbox in the product admin page gives the following message when you submit the change

> A bug in this product will have it's ack flags updated on component change. 

It should be

A bug in this product will not have its ack flags updated on component change.

The message for clearing the checkbox is also broken

Tested on QA environment(5.0.3-rh18)
Result: Pass
