Description of problem: Currently, it is possible to edit operating system while it is being used for host provisioning. This can cause errors in host build, e.g. when trying to cancel pending installation (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1247542#c6) How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create an operating system with install media and partition table. 2. Create a new host using the operating system. 3. While the host is building, go to operating system and remove partition table and media from it. Actual results: Changes to operating system are accepted. When trying to cancel the host build, an error is appears (as in BZ#)1247542. Expected results: Changes to operating system are not accepted if the os is currently used in a host build. A warning message is displayed
