Description of problem:
When running:

hosted-engine --deploy --config-append=storage.conf
after all the configs have been set, regardless of options the following error occurs:

[ ERROR ] Failed to execute stage 'Misc configuration': [Errno 61] No data available: '/rhev/data-center/9c43eb80-dbc9-4e63-85a8-445a68ca306f/f803ae30-fef9-4095-8286-5d667b84c3c9/images/aa03c2f8-4632-4fcb-870d-d66ccb15a7f0'

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

ovirt-hosted-engine-setup-2.0.3-1.el7.centos.noarch
all latest of today Nov 22nd

How reproducible:

Each and every time, have reinstalled the server, run the:
http://www.ovirt.org/documentation/how-to/hosted-engine/
also have run bash script & reinstall and no luck

Steps to Reproduce:
1. follow steps of https://www.ovirt.org/blog/2016/08/up-and-running-with-ovirt-4-0-and-gluster-storage/

2. STORAGE.conf needs host1,2,3,4,5,6 ip on backup-volfile-servers=1,2,3,4,5,6

if the backup-volfile-servers=2,3,4,5,6 ERROR happens: 
[ ERROR ] Failed to execute stage 'Misc configuration': Error creating a storage domain: (u'storageType=7, sdUUID=2826fa97-1bc7-48d8-b7ca-dccc0b536e10, domainName=hosted_storage, domClass=1, typeSpecificArg=10.30.20.61:/ch4-engine domVer

to finish the setup successful 


Additional info:

with or without the --config-append=storage.conf settings will get same error=

and if the --config-append=storage.conf is used than it must have all the hosts on the backup-volfile-servers, including host1 or will receive error=
