Description of problem:On Datastore page, First time it is showing only filters, after some time it shows Datastore Clusters in the accordion.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add provider (e.g. vSphere5.5)
2.Navigate to Compute --> Infrastructure --> Datastores
3.

Actual results:First time it shows Datastore page with Filters only, after some time it Datastore Cluster appears in the accordion


Expected results:It should only show Datastores with Filters in accordion
