The latest wine release now builds and requires wine-sysvinit on Fedora.

1. dnf install wine (or with previous wine packages installed, dnf upgrade)

Additional info:

git commit 293b55b35a26a90927f7d6f3df04c8522499ee8b includes the following changes to wine.spec which cause sysvinit sub-package to be built (and required) on Fedora. Those two "%if 0%{?rhel} < 7" lines should also test for Fedora - something like "%if 0%{?rhel} < 7 || 0%{?fedora} < 23" maybe?
