Description of problem:
 Labels, drop-menu and tool-tips are not translated on Inventory page

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/overview/ with ja-JP locale.
2. Click on Inventory. 
   'Sort Field drop-down menu' entries are not translated.
   'Sort Field', 'Sort Direction', 'Select All' and 'Select System' tool-tips are 
   not translated.
   'Systems' not translated.


Actual results:
Translations not available.

Expected results:
Translation should present.

'Sort Field' dorp-down menu has one English entry.
    'Number of Actions'
'Sort Field', 'Sort Direction' and 'Select All' tool-tips are still in English.
