Description of problem:
 Left panel has untranslated entries 'Account Number' and 'Internal'.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/overview/ with ja_JP locale.
2. Untranslated entries exist on left panel.
   "Account Number" and "Internal"


Actual results:
Translation not available

Expected results:
Translation should present

The account selector is only ever available to internal users. Customers never see the account selector. Therefore, I don't think it is necessary to have translations for it.
