Description of problem:
Red Hat Insights - In Actions summary, the "summary" part in overview section is not translated. Also in the same frame, none of “Availability”, “Stability” ”Performance” or ”Security” is localized.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log into https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/overview with ja_JP locale.
2. The Action Summary option is on the right part.

Actual results:
Translation not available.

Expected results:
Translation should present.
