Red Hat Insights -"View Inventory" in overview section is not translated.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Log into https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/overview with ja_JP locale.
2. The "View Inventory" option is in the newest systems frame.

Actual results:
Translation not available.

Expected results:
Translation should present.

Missing translation keys were added in master http://labs-git.usersys.redhat.com/labs/insights/commit/e1826628267272e08fecf7c6ea27feb8969620e8

Verified on https://access.redhat.com/insightsbeta/overview/ , can not reproduce now.
