Description of problem:
Shortcut for closing application Dictionary has no effect.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Dictionary.
2. Press <Ctrl><Q> shortcut.
3.

Actual results:
Application is still open.

Expected results:
Application was closed.

No longer reproducible with gnome-dictionary-3.26.1-2.el7.x86_64.
