Expected results:

docs usually go into /usr/share/doc/<programname>. Unless you have
specific reasons not to do this I believe the standard place is where
users expect these docs and thats where it should be. Also it would be
better to supply html format docs rather than sgml

selinux-doc-1.15.1-1.src.rpm Fixes most of these problems.

Now installed in /usr/share/doc
Eliminated ps and sgml files.
