Description of problem:
preferences-->Email Preferences, add accounts in box beside 'Add users to my watch list', then there is a dropdown list, but showing blank

2. add accounts in box beside 'Add users to my watch list'

there is a dropdown list, but showing blank

at least not showing blank

It is data security policy to not list users and only return a single match for any address typed in.
