Bootstrap build is quite fragile, it breaks from time to time.
It would be good to add automated test case (ran with Taskotron) that would check whether bootstrap build (rpmbuild --with bootstrap) completes and can be used to build gradle in non-bootstrap mode.

Any non-security updates will probably not be handled, if no volunteer steps up to do that. If you wish to volunteer assign this bug to you and reset the priority.

gradle has been retired for fedora 31+.

If somebody un-retires it, they will have to deal with this.
