Description of problem:
I need to deliver elfutils in a container image because I want to run eu-stack on Atomic. Atomic is immutable and adding new packages is not trivial.

I want to be able to run eu-stack in a non-system root (own mount namespace - a container) on core dump files store in the same root but generated by programs running in the system root (the default mount namespace - a host). The system root file system will be available to eu-stack in the /host path.
