Description of problem:

Users often don't understand the billing for the product, and find it hard to "estimate" charges that they will incur, and ask that a billing page be provided, to: 

1: see past charges, and an itemized breakdown of the charges.
2: see an estimate of charges that are planed for the upcoming month based on current usage/selected billable items.
