Version 4 of the API has been deprecate since version 4.0 of oVirt, and it will be completely removed in version 4.2, together with the ovirt-shell, and version 3 of the Python and Java SDKs.

Version 4 of the API has been deprecate since version 4.0 of oVirt, and it will be completely removed in version 4.2, together with the ovirt-shell, and version 3 of the Python and Java SDKs.

Note that version 3 of the API has been replaced by version 4, which is fully supported. Documentation of the new API is available in the server itself:

The description of this bug has a typo, it says that version 4 was deprecated, when it should day version 3. To avoid confusion I am closing this bug and replacing it with bug 1399750.
