Description of problem:
in bug edit page the ‘%Complete‘ should be changed to ‘Complete(%)‘
This item aims to tell the percentage of completion, I think 'Complete（%）' is easier for understanding.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open bug edit page
2. find the table containing : Orig. Est,Hours Worked,	%Complete and Deadline 


Actual results:
there is a item %Complete

Expected results:
There is a item Complete(%)
