kdelibs/kssl bits FTBFS against openssl-1.1

I'll have to try a fresh(er) build, koji logs for the failed ones have been scrubbed

openssl is tracked elsewhere, bug #1394233

here's one specific error:

/usr/include/QtWebKit/qwebpage.h:52: Parse error at "defined"
automoc4: process for /builddir/build/BUILD/kdelibs-4.14.26/i686-redhat-linux-gnu/kdewebkit/kwebview.moc failed: Unknown error

fyi, kdelibs currently omit webkit support to workaround this, until fixed properly

I object to this kind of "fix". This tends to get forgotten and break things. I'd rather the package stay broken until fixed properly.

It won't be forgotten, that's why this bug is still open.

IMNSHO, we should not block rawhide builds (and dependencies) indefinitely

Succeeds now, webkit support restored
